As head of HG Facilities Solutions, Ryan McDonagh leads with a dedication to quality and excellence in commercial property management. By using his past experiences in the field of Emergency Management, Construction Management and the U.S. Army, Ryan can apply multiple perspectives to both common and uncommon client problems, allowing for the development of innovative solutions. 

 Ryan is an accomplished leader, noted by being awarded the Army Achievement Medal for his Leadership Skills, and also by earning a leadership position within the regiment while earning his degree at Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Behind these leadership skills, clients find a trusted partner that they can collaborate with and creatively develop purposeful and appropriate solutions for their properties.
